With the construction of the O'Niel Cylinder the hollowed remnant Asteroid Psyche-16 is further excavated to build a one hundred kilometre wide, one hundred kilometre diameter Stanford Torus that is slowly rotating inside the larger Asteroid shell while illuminated by an eighty kilometre diameter mirror array at one end of the central hollow drawing in sunlight for the agricultural colony in the torus. The other end is a zero gravity shipyard and space dock.
