The Bussard scoop sat on the lunar surface at its Equator just out of sight of Earth. Its tritium fueled fusion plant generating an intense magnetic field sufficient to pick up all stellar fuel hurled into space by the Sun as the Moon orbited the Earth. It had a single purpose: tank up the Texas which sat on the lunar surface connected to the bussard for a decade before returning to earth to offload one hundred and thirty six trillion dollars worth of Tritium. Ten percent of its fuel tank capacity sold at ten percent market price just to crush any unaffordable rivals.
