Conclusion: there is sufficient alphabet before 42% to create halfling names, LALLAL is a viable name for halfling females at 59%. That these early access names are unused implies significant historic and cultural loss.
At 42% Allentar, and likewise 31% Diggson predate the immortal Brandobaris at 29%. At 27% Shire isnt viable linguisticly until after Brandobaris. This suggests Brandobaris is a pre-shire halfling name...
After Brandobaris, Yondalla achieves immortality at 18%.
