This fifty feet tall horror began appearing in and around swamps, bogs, and fens. The bloodbag wanders through the wilderness, towering over opponents which it spears with its feeding tube on a successful attack roll where it sucks an opponent dry, the large bag that makes up it's body filling with blood.
