Conclusion
Light begins in Pashto at 50% (as *A) though not intact,
At 29% Light appears fully formed in the Southern Sotho language (as Leseli) in south africa. Sel- is the protoindoeuropean word for Settlement. It probably means protoindoeuropeans migrating into south africa and spotting a settlement by its light became part of the community or settled the region.
Light then spreads north-east to tamil in southern india, and north-west to irish, and bangala in congo before spreading globally... this suggests coastal sea travel connecting coastal peoples: ireland? - congo <-south africa-> southern india without interacting with the peoples between these groups. The irish are not necessarily in Ireland at the time of language development.

Latin is the last to discover light (lux).
