Conclusions: The earliest cave names are at 34% use functioning on minimal alphabet. They are Gua (Indonesian) and Guu (Burmese). Guu is Javanese for Jungle though... so that first cave is in the Jungles of South-east Asia.
30% is Guha (Bengali).
28% is Guhe (Kannada) spoken in south-west india.
So lets call this cave:

Meanwhile at 27% is the cave of G'or (Uzbek) and Uor (Tajik) over a thousand kilometres away. Gor is kurdish for grave.
