Free Stuff: Fjord traffic option C... a tunnel for ships

Apparently Norway are undertaking a 47 billion dollar coastline tunnel and bridge project and will be confronted with how to allow ships under a suspension bridge or over a floating tunnel... I suggest Option C, two Locks linked by a tunnel through which ships can travel under water and under the bridge.

It can be built in port, sailed to the location, and submerged into position allowing the bridge to be built over it ensuring ship traffic during bridge construction.

I hope future generations get to enjoy it.
