Luminar live in swampy forests and Bayjou having the appearance of a glowing white Jellyfish with 6-9 tentacles. Their glow lures victims as a charm person or charm monster spell at up to 100 feet range. They paralyze their victims and feed off them at 1hp per tentacle per round until victims or Luminar is dead.
