Conclusion: Our Atlantis (in the form at-lendh-eis) originates in the A linguistic group beginning at 96%. Specifically the (A; N; E) subgroup along with Delaware Males and Polish Males.

Correction: PolishM development chain is (A; N, E; R), DelawareM is closer related to At-lendh-eis.

At 61% we have the incomplete *AL*M*L*M*N (sindhi) and A*M*M*AM* (urdu). This is followed by a cultural bandgap at 55%.
At 50% we have incomplete *S* (persian). At-lendh-eis in its earliest complete form at 49% as aller (un an) sur terre gelée (french). Followed by a second cultural bandgap at 48%, and then at-lendh-eis (protoindoeuropean) at 39%. It hits a cultural peak before declining in spread down to 3%.

So we are looking at the Ancestors of the Male Delaware, and Male Polish being the origin point for the Atlantis myth, or at least the directional instructions. The other A; N; * linguistic subgroups include Basque females, Gaelic males, Volcano, canoe, to sing, treasure, to swim, and various other peoples. All closely related.
What is interesting is how it has a very high fully literate value for such a complex sentance.

The Delaware mound builders? Very interesting.

Update 26/5:
Dialect           Development Series
Delaware       A          N           E         O           M/K/H            S
Atlantean      A          N            E         I             T                    R

Nee-ko-man        2-3-3-5-4-5-1-2:                Nee-ti-tan (Nee Titan)
Oshemahamon  4-6-5-3-5-1-5-1-5-4-2:      Irtetatatin (Irteta-tatin)

Titans?
Thítȟuŋwaŋ or Teton Sioux might indicate a relationship to this, it would be odd to find the titans of greek myth are somehow related to the atlantean myth. But Nee-ti sounds egyptian. And Titan is altering to become Tatin.
