Conclusion: this Protoindoeuropean subgroup comes in as 100% L. Purely by selection. We have a timeline for the rise of settlements. We begin at 69%. At 30% something is destroyed. At 28% they are forced into nomadic way of life. It looks like they mill grain for food.

There is a bandgap at 25%. Pretty sure I missed the word Hel (Gold) from my list so it may not be a bandgap. 

First Settlement at 22% along with salt (putting them by a sea?). At 20% there is a prominent hill. 
At 18% they establish a high place, fortified. They have wool (sheep or goats), and flour from grain.
They find a forest at 12%. -Hule Forest. At 11% they find pepper and olives. At 9% timber screen,
