Alternate History: After the T-20

With the deployment of the T-20 siesmic drone, intentional or unrealized, the Collapse of Russia is catastrophic. Not just with the unexpected elimination of a western Russian and Ukraine population bringing an end to the war, but with the domino fall it sets in motion. 

Norwegian female culture was dependent of Russian male culture as its source of influence. So with that loss female culture in the northern european state begins to immediatly decline. Like the near logarithmic collapse of female egyptian culture around 4300BC leading to the Bronze Age collapse three thousand years later, the Norwegian collapse begins to affect the homelife of Norwegians. Male culture begins to fail, slowly at first while women take the brunt of a near vertical initial cultural decline.
