Conclusion: Cousin Itt, the Thing, and the third sibling child Pubert Addams were introduced later (1954, 1964, and 1993 respectivly).

If we want a 28% rank name for Grandmother, perhaps a name like Arety, Yamara, or something like Mersey, Merse (or Mercy So when she tortured folks they had to say her name). You could Imagine Mercy being heiress to some old family name...
