A Blue Sun
Eight hundred and two parsecs from the solar system, Deneb is a Blue-white Super-giant. Its radius reaches out to one AU from the stellar centre. It sheds one earth mass every five hundred years. Inner vs. Outer Planets |
Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds. There is simply the Habitable Zone at the edges of which particularly close to or far from Deneb are considered the outer planets. Worlds where living is a struggle.
The inner worlds by comparison are in the middle of the habitable zone, neither too hot nor too cold they are heavily populated and regulated by the Central government.

Parliament (Deneb m): The temperature of Deneb m will slowly climb from above zero degrees celsius to fifty degrees celsius as it is populated and forested into an ideal colony world. This is the central planet. Only the most elite citizens who govern in parliamentary service reside on this planet.

Deneb has a huge habitable zone extending from 240 AU to 440AU which means there is plenty of room for numerous worlds with life. Deneb is 19 solar masses. Its solar radius encompases 1AU. Its also ejecting one earth mass in materials every 500 years so a billion years means there is 2 million earth masses in planetary building material (not all in the habitable zone though).

Titius bode harmonic law puts one harmonic in the habitable zone. So lets say there is a brown dwarf worth of rock pretending to be a star at each harmonic (0.4, 0.7, 1, 1.6, 2.8, 5.2, 10.0, 19.6, 38.8, 77.2, 154.0, 307.6, 614.8).
