Background: Vasily spent his years in Darokin becoming a Merchant of considerable wealth. His merchant house Toren & Co. Employs chaotic clerics to animate a skeleton labour force to excavate rock at his quarries south of Selenica near Reedle. He Hires PCs and NPCs to carry out his desires. If he wants someone picked up and bought to him, he has no problem employing PCs or NPCs to do it.
