Penalties & Handicaps:
- This Artefact will require the payment of one million gold pieces or one million experience points (from the user of the ball) to recharge its single use power.
- The summoning site must be prepared twenty-four hours in advance.
Description: On activation it opens a gate from a random otherplanar realm causing a living being (or more) within a 10ft diameter sphere to be gated to the location of the summoning. As of late this has been targeting random Japanese school kids.
