Bad Astronomy: Looking at Neptune with an App

Here is a picture of Neptune, and six sample sites for colours.
We can also equate the dark vs light bar beneath the colour wheel as a time of day scalar. With extremes Either midnight, or midday. Sample 1 is around two hours either side of midday. Either approaching or leaving.
Sample 2 is close to midday.
Sample 3 is just after sunrise or just before sunset.
Sample 4 is on the dark side.
Sample 5 is a lot like sample 3.
Sample 6 is not the deep blue methane found in samples 1-5. Its closer to ozone than blue methane but not pale enough for ozone. It could be actual water ice.
