With the construction of the O'Niel Cylinder the hollowed remnant Asteroid Psyche-16 is further excavated to build a one hundred kilometre wide, one hundred kilometre diameter Stanford Torus that is slowly rotating inside the larger Asteroid shell while illuminated by an eighty kilometre diameter mirror array at one end of the central hollow drawing in sunlight for the agricultural colony in the torus. The other end is a zero gravity shipyard and space dock.

Conclusion: the fomorian culture begins around 31% as an early peak with Cethlenn, Elatha, Tethra, Goll, Irgoll, Octriallach (son of Indech), and Regan. Fomorian Culture goes into decline at 21% fully literate before undergoing a cultural peak at 15%. It is at this point we get the Fomorian King Indech. At 10% the culture again declines.

Who are the Fomorians? They are E linguistic group at 57% E. This puts them after Pict females (64%), who produce Cornish male offspring (60%), founding Fomorian culture at 57%, before migrating east to become Anglosaxons. The early 31% cultural peak is dominated by L as the primary value. This might suggest the Fomorian culture is the recipient of L linguistic Group cultural influence at this time. This L linguistic group influence is also present in pict female culture at 35%, and increasing in Cornish female culture at 30%-27%. Whoever the L linguistic Group are, they have influenced the cultures in this region.

The decline at 21% with Balor and Bagna is considered the time of the Battle of Mag Tuired (associated with Balor's Rule), but unlikely as they lack the full alphabet- so unless it was originally the Battle of Mag Tired, it must have occured at the 10% decline period when sufficient alphabet is available. (Mag means 'Plain' and Tir means 'land' but Tir appears associated with Tir na nÓg which is a spirit realm or 'Otherworld' and Tir fo Thuinn or 'Land under the wave'- something I assume related to the loss of Doggerland to the sea or a tidal wave).

Random Villain: Butters the Merciful

Butters has since donning the Tiara of the Holy Sage begun spouting the Motto: "the only good elf is a dead elf." Refers to himself as a Paladin, though he is not. 

Dungeon Mastery: Random Wilderness Encounters

 

Rather than Roll up encounters on the fly I recommend a selection of Encounters from which you as Dungeon Master can pick an encounter. Its entirely possible that the PCs will be killed by a Red Dragon a day out of their start village simply because of a Dice Roll. Its an even rarer Player whose murderhobo bows politely and asks the Dragon how they may be of assistance.

You might prefer to have fixed a selection of encounters such as merchants regularly traveling this section of Road, Bandits who moved into the Area, or Wolves hunting prey.
