Basic Expert: Optional Rules and Starting Characters
Optional Rules should allow players to cheat the bad dice rolls of their starting characters utterly, but doing so should come with benefits, particularly campaign story development.

The Horse Maidens
Amongst the Yoruba Female names (using the Horse dev. Chain) is a selection of women who carry the suffix -io. We can consider this to designate they are daughters of Io. If we then take these as a dialect variation of Ancient Greek Female we get names like Hrena, Orena, and Rena. What we are looking at is basically the foundation for an Amazon myth. A band of warrior-women who rode horses, and were likely refered to as 'Daughters of Io'.

On Adulthood the Horse Maidens must tame a wild horse as their own, They are semi-nomadic, following the wild herds. 10% of the Horse Maidens worship Io (an ancient Traladar Warrior Woman), the majority venerate elder women of the Horse Maidens as a form of Ancestor Worship. They live apart from men, having a hostile relationship, and will take men as required or desired understanding that it requires a Stalion to impregnate a mare if the herd is to have continuity.
Daughers of Io add an -io suffix to their names.
