Here we see the most significant and likely earliest sriver named is Meshushim in the Golan Heights. It is significant in that it has basalt columns meaning these likely played a significance in it being a site of early settlement. The significance being the Irish and Scottish ancestors who migrated south from Ireland and Scotland to north africa becoming Berber peoples, and then east becoming Ancient Hebrew peoples considered the Basalt columns of the giants causeway to be a significant cultural memory. Finding something similar would have encouraged settlement at this new site. Nahal is irrelevant to the dominance of Meshushim as first colonization site for local rivers.
