Super Duper: A BBEG for your Superhero RPG

Lord Bucket-head

Weary of the incompetent and corrupt government of Britain, he has pursued a political mandate focused on the construction of lasers purchased from him, and the removal of the House of Lords so that he is the only 'Lord'. A number of his political policies appeal greatly to the masses, and he will likely be elected Prime Minister of Britain.

His towering, black helmet and cape and black leather outfit provides him with considerable Plot Armour (DC+5), and serves as sufficient disguise to protect his identity.

The helmet also serves as an echochamber allowing him to consider concepts and ideas with greater efficiency (functioning as a brain booster DC+3).

Conclusion: Our Atlantis (in the form at-lendh-eis) originates in the A linguistic group beginning at 96%. Specifically the (A; N; E) subgroup along with Delaware Males and Polish Males.

Correction: PolishM development chain is (A; N, E; R), DelawareM is closer related to At-lendh-eis.

At 61% we have the incomplete *AL*M*L*M*N (sindhi) and A*M*M*AM* (urdu). This is followed by a cultural bandgap at 55%.
At 50% we have incomplete *S* (persian). At-lendh-eis in its earliest complete form at 49% as aller (un an) sur terre gelée (french). Followed by a second cultural bandgap at 48%, and then at-lendh-eis (protoindoeuropean) at 39%. It hits a cultural peak before declining in spread down to 3%.

So we are looking at the Ancestors of the Male Delaware, and Male Polish being the origin point for the Atlantis myth, or at least the directional instructions. The other A; N; * linguistic subgroups include Basque females, Gaelic males, Volcano, canoe, to sing, treasure, to swim, and various other peoples. All closely related.
What is interesting is how it has a very high fully literate value for such a complex sentance.

The Delaware mound builders? Very interesting.

Update 26/5:
Dialect           Development Series
Delaware       A          N           E         O           M/K/H            S
Atlantean      A          N            E         I             T                    R

Nee-ko-man        2-3-3-5-4-5-1-2:                Nee-ti-tan (Nee Titan)
Oshemahamon  4-6-5-3-5-1-5-1-5-4-2:      Irtetatatin (Irteta-tatin)

Titans?
Thítȟuŋwaŋ or Teton Sioux might indicate a relationship to this, it would be odd to find the titans of greek myth are somehow related to the atlantean myth. But Nee-ti sounds egyptian. And Titan is altering to become Tatin.

Dungeon Mastery: The Crypt

The Stairs descend one hundred feet into the Crypt. This great chamber's ceiling rises up beyond the reach of torch light, held up by a row of great pillars. Every twenty feet is an alcove in which a desiccated corpse clothed in ancient rags is resting.

The upper alcoves, hidden 30' above the bottom level of the crypt are home to an army of (32) guardian skeleton warriors who attack the PCs if they attempt to loot the corpses on the lower level. The secret doors into other parts of the dungeon are accessible in the upper level alcoves.

Conclusion: like Roman Male, Greek Male, and Celtic Male, Scythian Males are part of the S linguistic group. They are near the Source of it with 100% S. Scythian male culture begins at 44% with Saulius (a very Roman sounding name that would be available at the very beginning of Roman culture). Scythian male culture peaks at 33%, and drops back through 22%-11%.

Mystaran Campaign: Poor Wizards Almanac 1021, Yarthmont

AC1021, Yarthmont 3: Fire Fountain erupts!

Location: Northern Ostland

Description: A fountain of magma over one thousand three hundred feet high erupts from the earth in the mountains of Ostland north of the Ostland Capital.

Whats going on? Earthquakes now rock Ostland regularly, and a few weeks ago a Tsunami swept away a number of small coastal fishing communities all because an ancient volcano is forcing its way to the surface.

AC1021, Yarthmont 4: Firewood shortage in Sind

Location: Sind

Description: Jamad of Pramayama is unable to find firewood to cremate his Parents bodies. He can only watch as the wood seller sells the last of his wood to a wealthy villager for five hundred gold coins.

Whats going on? The death toll is on the rise from the Ochalean Bat Plague in the Sind. So many people are now dead that there is insufficient Firewood to cremate the bodies.

AC1021, Yarthmont 7: four hundred thousand dead in Sind

Location: Sind

Description: Whole villages are being depopulated and abandoned.

Whats going on? The Ochalean Bat plague has finally killed over four hundred thousand people in the Sind.

AC1021, Yarthmont 10: Black Fungi

Location: Sind

Description: A number of those who recover from the Ochalean Bat Plague in the Sind are now infected with a strange black fungi that eats flesh growing on faces.

Whats going on? A yellow mold variant found in the soils around the Asanda river is infecting the populace who consume healing potions to recover from the Ochalean Bat plague. It affects anyone using magic (including clerical healing spells) to recover from the Plague.

AC1021, Yarthmont 11: Corpses float down Asanda river

Location: Jahore, Sind

Description: Scores of Corpses are pulled from the River near Jahore.

Whats going on? The Ochalean Bat Plague has spread to the Sind descimating its population. In the small villages up river they dont even have firewood to cremate the dead, and the critically sick are bathing in the Asanda river only to die there.

Old Republic: Planets with the -Tooine suffix

The -TOOINE Suffix (Originally 2-INE) is an Old Republic planetary habitability designation issued by the Jedi to identify worlds as CLASS 2-INDUSTRIAL EMERGENT (A world where the planetary capacity for Industrial activity is at below its bare minimum for exploitation by, and membership in, the Republic).

This was commonly given by the Jedi to worlds with a biosphere that were considered insufficient to support the Industrial activities required to participate in the Republic without destruction of the Biosphere. It was regularly used to protect fragile ecosystems, but often fenced out worlds such as Tatooine (Previously planet Ta) which were being kept impoverished by the likes of the Hutt Occupancy who could use this to keep the Republic off their worlds.

A nice little text block which I've duplicated on the BX scaled page image...

Suddenly we find the Jedi were once at the forefront of Republic Expansionism surveying worlds and protecting fragile ecosystems from Republic exploitation.

TA-2-INE: Ta is an arid desert planet where the only exportable resource is water that can be pulled from the biosphere using moisture vaporators. It has insufficient water to allow for the mining of minerals or large scale agriculture.
