Conclusion: The earliest is at 47% with *A* (Odia) in India, followed by 26% M* (Hebrew).
At 25% Sahhara, Sahira, are the first Identifiable witches...
Maltan and Arabian. Oddly enough there is a story in the Arabic tales One thousand and one Nights about a merchant who sails with his two brothers only to encounter a woman on a beach whom he takes as his wife. The brothers throw them overboard but she can swim and is revealed to have red hair (a definative celtic genetic marker). If her name is Sahira, she is probably encountered on the island of Malta which is very near to Tunisia.

There are significant population peaks in Witches at 18% and 10%.

1% The last Witch is Siqirsi (Kazakh) which is phonetically similar to Circe (Daughter of Helios). Considered by Christians to be a terrible witch. She is knowlegable in potions, herbs and charms, and armed with a Polymorph Wand/Staff used to turn people into animals. So lets say this marks the arrival of christianity amongst the Kazakh (19th century) - involving conversion of the Islamic population.

Boldly Go: Star Trek Lower Decks v. Final Space

I can tell you right now, I will watch this animated series because it looks promising, and despite the criticism that CBS has killed Star Trek, it is probably better as a Parody Animation.

It is however not going over new ground...

Final Space, now two seasons in, follows the adventures of Gary, a convict serving time for 'reasons'. It pretty much opens with a Male Protagonist who isn't a starship Captain recording his Captain's Log.

Final Space set the Bar for Animated Space Opera. Lets see what Lower Decks can do.

The Orcs of Greyhawk

Two hundred years of actual Orc Kings... not Chiefs sitting in their own faeces... Kings though they dont have the letter I. Twenty-six of the smartest horrifyingly cunning Orcs you ever met in ambush.

Orc History
-166 CY The Logs of Snorl
K'ng Snorl whose intelligence came with a +1 bonus taught his army to swim, and in a raid on a Port seized fifty ships without a fight and sailed off. Out in the Ocean he lashed them together and created a floating Island that drifted with the currents. All that is remembered of the greatness of K'ng Snorl is the story of Snorl and his warriors who stole logs and lashed them together to make a big raft only to drift out to Sea.

The last of the Orc Kings, K'ng Umsh besieged the city of Greyhawk by lashing a wheatfield to their backs with Tar and thus camouflaged crawled fifty miles along the banks of the Nyr Dyv only to meet a bad end. Orcs still seek the crown melted to his skull, thought buried in the mud in sight of Greyhawk or mounted to some Necromancer's staff. Burnt Umsh is now a common term for cooked Orc-meat (something fed to dogs).

But now, Orcs are a shadow of themselves...

The Modern Orc
Not all the old alphabet is in use anymore when it comes to Orc names. The last seventy-five years have seen a significant contraction in Orc Culture.

Basic Expert: an Isekaied antagonist

Saeki Kenta: 1st level Sage (Magic-user); Neutral; AC8; 5hp; Str 8, Int 9, Wis 17, Dex 13, Con 15, Cha 8; plain clothes, belt, shoes.

Spellbook: 1st- Flaming Hammer (Bless variant), read magic.

Saeki Kenta's spellbook is an immortal enchantment/Artefact on his body meaning he is his own spellbook. Like a magic-user he can learn new spells by 'read magic', but unlike a magic-user he can use six spell level slots per day- free. This can be increased later by one spell level per hundred thousand experience points sacrificed (something you need to be at over 8th level to undertake without loss of levels).
It also grants him +65 hp/day, and +20hp vs magic damage/day.

He is a bit of a school bully with a bad personality trying to fit in to the group but now he has been dumped in this other world by a hero summoning. The local king needs child soldiers with magic power, and he needs them quickly.

Flaming Hammer (1st level spell)
Range: 0'
Duration: 1 round per level of caster
Effect: creates 1 flaming hammer in hand
Description: caster can create a magical war hammer of fire inflicting 1d6+1 burning damage to their opponent in physical melee damage. The weapon ceases to exist when released from the hand. While magic missile is an instantaneous strike, the hammer is a melee weapon- not a missile so he needs to roll to hit with what is a +1 magic hammer.

Of course he is going to hate your PCs for attacking his Patron/king.

Conclusion: Both males and females exhibit a name creation band-gap (24% for men, 32% for women). This is a significant cultural collapse. It does give rise to a new growth period. An early cultural spike for men at 21% before it drops at 18% and then climbs into a larger growth period. That same middle surge dip is present in women cultural development at 16% before more growth.

There is obvious decline in cultural development at 3% for both sexes though not total. Perhaps they were absorbed into another civilization before it hits zero.

Arocku on the other hand is our sun tanned warrior god of the day. You probably need to worship one at night and one in the day and both at sunrise and sunset.
